Dog charities

There are a large number of charities doing some amazing work to look after and rehome dogs that have had a difficult start in life. Others support work that makes fine use of the special bond between man and dog. Here I highlight some of these organisations in the UK and encourage you to give them your support if you are able to.

RSPCA

The RSPCA takes in an abused or neglected animal every 3-5 minutes! The passing of the Animal Welfare Act 2007 has led to a significant upsurge in cases and they are looking for donations to support this work. More…
